General Meeting – Finalise Mains Filter Project

This weeks meeting will be at the community centre starting at 20:00.

Some general guidelines for  those attending.

1. Sign in register – while this is no longer a covid requirement all members and visitors should sign in shortly after entering the community centre.  This also acts as a fire register.
2. Face masks – please feel free to wear a face mask at any time.
3. Ventilation – we will try to ensure that the centre is well ventilated so please wear appropriate warm clothing.
4. Sanitize – please sanitize your hands before and after handling any equipment that may be shared with other club members.

We will continue to monitor attendance levels and plan to restart club activities, presentations etc. based on attendance.

It is your responsibility to only attend the club if you feel well.  If you feel or appear unwell while attending the club, you will be requested to leave for your own and the club memberships health and safety.

We will also setup a Zoom meeting while we are at the centre for those unable to attend.  Zoom meeting should start around 20:15, logon details have been emailed to all members.

We intend to finalise the mains filter kit at the club meeting this week.  Once finalised we will be able to confirm the specification and costs.  So far there have been 14 club members that have expressed an interest in this project.  If you are also interested in this project then either come along to the clubhouse on Wednesday evening, join the Zoom call, or contact our club secretary here via email.
