SUMMARY:General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:This weeks meeting will be at the community centre starting at 20:00. \nSome general guidelines for  those attending. \n\nSign in register – while this is no longer a covid requirement all members and visitors should sign in shortly after entering the community centre.  This also acts as a fire register.\nFace masks – please feel free to wear a face mask at any time.\nVentilation – we will try to ensure that the centre is well ventilated so please wear appropriate warm clothing.\nSanitize – please sanitize your hands before and after handling any equipment that may be shared with other club members.\n\n  \nWe will continue to monitor attendance levels and plan to restart club activities\, presentations etc. based on attendance. \nIt is your responsibility to only attend the club if you feel well.  If you feel or appear unwell while attending the club\, you will be requested to leave for your own and the club memberships health and safety. \n  \nWe will also setup a Zoom meeting while we are at the centre for those unable to attend.  Zoom meeting should start around 20:15\, logon details have been emailed to all members. \nPeter and John have refreshed our club website following a move to a new provider\, please have a look when you have a moment. \nWebsite: Stafford and Districts Amateur Radio Society (https://g3sbl.org.uk) \nYou will see that we have started to populate sections of the website with photos and copies of recent talks given at the club. \nIf you have any content you would like to add to the website (photos\, projects\, articles etc)\, please feel free to email them.  The committee will review and arrange upload. \nJust a reminder that next Wednesdays meeting (6th March) is our AGM.  If anyone wishes to nominate any member to stand for election to the committee\, please make the current chairman aware. \nTo avoid unnecessary delays at the end of the AGM meeting\, there will not be an “Any other business” agenda item.  If any member wishes to table any matters other than those specifically laid out in the AGM agenda which has been emailed to all members\, they are requested to inform a committee member and the matter will be tabled at the next Open Meeting.
